Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the online service Tridify (hereinafter "Service"), operated by Lulu Amani by Kasper (hereinafter "Provider"). By registering for or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

2. Service Description

Tridify is a SaaS service for converting 2D logos into 3D models. The Service includes image processing, 3D rendering, material customization, and export in various formats (PNG, GLTF, STL, Video).

3. Registration and Account

  • Registration is required to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account.
  • Providing false information may result in account suspension.
  • One account per person is permitted, unless multiple licenses have been purchased.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Free and paid plans are available (Free, Pro, Max).
  • Prices include applicable taxes.
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellation

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period. The free plan can be terminated by deleting your account.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your uploaded images and created 3D models.
  • The Provider receives a limited license to use your content solely for providing the Service.
  • The software, design, and Tridify brand are the property of the Provider.

7. Usage Restrictions

The following is prohibited:

  • Using the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Uploading copyrighted content of third parties without authorization.
  • Circumventing the security mechanisms of the Service.
  • Using the Service in a manner that impairs other users.

8. Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The Service is provided "as is." The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider in Switzerland.
